FX Java Developer /Tech Lead

What will you be doing?
- Developing solutions to problems both tactical and strategic as the business requires it
- Working closely with the business users to understand requirements and deliver high quality solutions
- Providing estimates for tasks, including design, development and testing
- Interacting with senior IT and business personnel at both Director and Managing Director level
- Communicating with senior stakeholders to understand their requirements and manage their expectations of delivery
- Keeping key stakeholders aware of the processes and procedures required for work prioritization
- Proposing solutions to complex problems that are in keeping with the existing system architecture
